Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale is situated on the southeast coast of Florida, centrally located between Miami and Palm Beach. Encompassing more than 33 square miles with a population of nearly 180,000, Fort Lauderdale is the largest of Broward County's 30 municipalities and the seventh largest city in Florida. Embraced by the Atlantic Ocean, New River and a myriad of scenic inland waterways, Fort Lauderdale truly lives up to its designation as the "Venice of America."

Increasingly know as the “Venice of America,” the beach and waterways create a beautiful focal point and playground for real estate ranging from magnificent waterfront and oceanfront estates, historic residences on tree-lined streets to fully resort-amenitized condominium communities and the latest luxury condominium-hotel opportunities. Fort Lauderdale ranks fifth in the US in percentage of homes in excess of $1 Million.

Through the cooperative efforts of residents, businesses and local government, Fort Lauderdale has evolved into a City that offers the best of both worlds - an attractive business environment and an outstanding quality of life. Fort Lauderdale is a great place to live, work and raise a family, and the City looks forward to continuing to build upon its success to meet the challenges of the 21st Century and beyond.

Las Olas Isles
Las Olas Isles are finger isles located off of renowned Las Olas Blvd. The Isles hosts a community of exquisite waterfront homes with deep water dockage, no fixed bridges, and is only minutes away from the inlet. This is one of the best areas for quick ocean access and wide water views.

Rio Vista
The Rio Vista neighborhood is a community of over 1,000 homes, situated next to downtown Ft. Lauderdale. With the tree lined streets, side walks and unique architecture, you soon realize the beauty and history of the Rio Vista, one of the oldest communities in Ft. Lauderdale. The community is generally bound by Federal Highway (US1) on the west, bordered on the east by the Intracoastal Waterway, south of the New River and north of SE 12th Street.

Harbor Beach
Harbor Beach is one of the most prestigious waterfront communities. Some of the most magnificent waterfront homes in South Florida are located in this prestigious neighborhood. Located between the Intercoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale Beach, most of the homes in Harbor Beach offer deep water dockage with direct ocean access and is an extremely popular choice for the serious boater for those wishing to moor a mega yacht at their doorstop. Harbor Beach homeowners enjoy a surf club with 300' of private beachfront and a private marina.

Lighthouse Point

Lighthouse Point, is an affluent city located in Northeast Broward County, just west of Hillsboro Beach.  The city was named for the Hillsboro Lighthouse, which was completed in 1907 and marks the northern end of the Florida Reef. With a 5,500,000 candlepower light, the lighthouse is the most powerful lighthouse on the east coast of the United States.  An integral component of this avid boating community, the Lighthouse Point Marina.  The Marina is in the hub of the boating industry and the recently renovated facility offers more than 100 wetslips able to accommodate 25 to 80 vessels.  The marina is conveniently located just minutes from the Hillsboro Inlet with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean for vessels of all sizes.
